I do not think sending emails will help your cause. More often than not, they will not reply to your emails. If you can get hold of someone in the company, then better talk to them personally and take it up with them.
I hope that some action is taken.
I gave a couple of chances to Tejaswi motors while they were working on my vehicle. And even after my patience, they had to test me more. They were delaying the delivery of my vehicle by a huge margin. That is when I got mad.
For me, I refused to take the car from showroom when some of my issues were unresolved. And I barged into the General Manager's room and threatened to go to higher management if nothing was done about it. That really did help and everybody was on their toes after I talked to the GM.
Also, I spend the a lot of time in the showroom and I was literally after them to work on my car and ensure that work was done properly. I spend 2 days in the showroom from 3 PM to 7 PM to just to ensure proper work was done. I was careful because I was really harsh with them and I wanted to ensure that their anger towards my behavior would not affect the quality of work done on my car.
I feel that it is us customers who loose with such workshops. If they dont do work properly, then we loose. If we request them to do work properly, then they will not budge. If we get a little harsh and talk up, then they might do some unwarranted damage on the vehicle due to their anger towards us.
I wanted to cover all these fronts. Hence I spent a lot of my time in the showroom while work was being done. I would rather spend couple of days in the workshop and ensure work in done as per my liking rather than complain to TATA complaint cell or in worst case scenario, go to consumer court. |
