Another option is to give your feedback & complaint to TataMotors when they call you after your servicing. The call should come from Pune, but that's a out-going only number.

My previous attempts at contacting their regional Cust service manager (not dealer, but of Tata Motors) was not very encouraging. Dont know if you 'll find the situation same with the person in A'bad / Mumbai.

Sorry for dusting up an old thread.

My friend needs contact info for the Sales Head for the Southern region. He wants to escalate an issue with some atrocius customer experience he had when his friend took delivery of his Manza.

The person who has bought the said Manza is a Malayalam music director. He bought the vehicle on my friend's advice but unfortunately the folks at Concorde, Cochin have royally messed up the PDI and the said gentleman is thoroughly upset with his purchase

I am really very disappointed with Services of Tesjaswi Motors. I have taken Manza for first service with list of problems and the way they receive issues are as if we are dump and doesnt know how to drive a car. I got my car and half of them were not resolved and they say these are common and thats it. Car hasnt been washed. I gave the feedback to CRM and they doesnt even bothered.

I am going to lodge the complaint to Tata and see whats their response.

Hi Raghu,

It is indeed very sad to hear that you too had to face such issues at Tejaswi Motors. Please give your car servicing at Mallik Cars workshop in ToliChowki Road. My service experience there has been far far better.

However, I suggest one thing with Tejaswi motors. Go and talk to the General Manager at Tejaswi motors. Once he got to know of the problems I faced there, experience was far better. You just need to barge into the GMs room and talk to him even if they dont allow or try to tell something to dissuade you from talking to the GM of the workshop.
Please note that there are many GMs in the workshop, you would need to contact the main guy, who manages all the divisions of the workshop.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have lodged the complaint and sent mails to the dealer also. Meanwhile, I wanted to ask my friend who is running the garage in Kukatpally. If he confirms problems, I am not going leave the dealer so easily.
