thanks guys....have mailed the ceo through the ceo corner on the fiat india website, now waiting for a reply... btw will be picking up my car today...will put up the pics!!

guys have got the car last monday....it was a funny few minutes when he sales head came up to me and 'politely' inquired why I mailed Fiat about my complaint?? Anywas whats done is done..will post a few pics and also about my driving experience so far....all i can say now is its a seer pleasure!!

Good to note that Fiat is doing the right thing, unlike Skoda, who still has their heads in the sand hole!

That's a good sign. Hope this time FIAT wakes up and do something proactively to grab the market.

Clearly a case of the dealership having been whacked by Fiat on a customers complaint.

Should put a lot of customer's concern's to rest about Fiat taking care of their customers this time. I just hope Fiat keeps this up.

yep! hope they are good signs for the future

yes guys seems like fiat took it up with tata and then tata with the dealer. also even got a response from the ceo desk on the website. so it was nice to hear from him as well, at least the mails are read. its a good start, hope it's a good sign of things to come.

Yes, they have great products almost always. If they set up good customer service and product support, FIAT can succeed in our market. This is a good start!
