Just saw Mr. Pawan Goenka speaking to CNBC TV18 - now onwards Logan will be steer solely by M&M. Renault's portion of debt of loan will be paid by the French party. As per Marc Nassif, Country GM - Renault India this agreement for India only. Reanult will continue to buy Logans from M&M for South Africa market. Reanult will continue to support M&M for technology support. M&M will develop a below 4m logan to get the benefit of cars under 4m, while Renault will provide expertise.

My neighbour just bought a logan and would be having nightmares right now.
Didn't I ask you if it was an April Fools day joke on him?

We'll have to wait and see what's M&M's plan. What can one do with a company who's only product in all these years is a royal flop?

First Peugeot ditched PAL and now Renault ditches Mahindra. The French have commitment issues when it comes to Indian partners looks like.
