Since the base fusion has nothing and its costlier then a top of the line Ikon its better to buy an Ikon. I say its a wonderful car. Plus its the best drivers car. Most smiles per mile!

The base Fusion and the Ikon EXI are identically priced (after discounts of course). And the base Fusion has more goodies than the Ikon EXI.

As far as i know the Ikon has Alloys, CD Changer, and those killer looks, superb handling which the former doesnot seem to!

The Ikon EXI does NOT have alloys nor a cd changer. The fully loaded ZXI has an MP3 player not a CD changer. But we are not comparing the ZXI to the Fusion, I am comparing the EXI since the price of that is near identical to the base fusion.

The Ikon EXI and the base Fusion have most power options i.e. steering, windows, central locking etc.

IMHO Its just that its not worth paying so much for a hatch when you can get a real good car(Ikon) at similar prices with similar features!

1. The hatch has more interior space than the icon.
2. The hatch has a better engine.
3. The hatch has a more contemporary interior.

I can never understand the indian psyche where a hacth - no matter how good it is - is always percieved inferior to a sedan.
