Yes your correct. It's the Q5 that was available. My mistake. Thanks for highlighting the same.

Hello 2000rpm,
You have not mentioned the kms run by the car. Without this piece of info, it is difficult to predict a price.

Hello Shantyrocks,
You can expect approx Rs. 3.5 - 3.6 lacs for your 2009 Swift Ldi with 61,000 kms on ODO.
By the way Rs. 5.75 lacs for 2011 Volkswagen Vento Tdi with 51,000 kms on ODO is a really good price. Hope this offer is from a reliable source & full service history is available along with No Claim Bonus on the Insurance policy.
Thanks,

Sorry for that, the car has run 48500 Kms.
Some other details, car in original paint with only the Bumper edges repainted, AC recently serviced, Car recently serviced at Honda Service Station, REAR tyres with 40-35% of life remaining, Front tyres with ~70% of life remaining.
Gentlemen need a bit of advice from you on how much I could expect for a June 2006 Ford Fiesta 1.4 EXI. Driven by the better half in and around Gurgaon it’s done 41000 KM till date, minor nicks and scratches. Tires are comparatively new (last year only). Getting some ridiculous offers from dealers.

Hello 2000rpm,
You can expect Rs. 4.25 to Rs. 4.5 lacs for your 2008 Honda Civic S MT with 48,500 kms on ODO. The car will fetch little lower re-sale value as you are second owner.
If you are really happy with the car, I will suggest to explore the options of taking it to Bangalore.
Thanks,
I am happy with the car for my current running. But in Bangalore my running might increase as I will drive to office (considering the public transport there), Also driving a manual Civic in Bangalore traffic is asking for a knee replacement!!
Plus Ecosport is really tempting me to make a purchase!! :D

Hello dexter78,
Assuming your is a petrol car, you can expect approx Rs. 1.75 (or less) for your June 2006 Ford Fiesta 1.4 Exi with 41,000 on ODO.
If the car is in really good condition, I will suggest to install a CNG kit & use it for next couple of years rather than selling it off for a such a low price.
Thanks,

Hello 2000rpm,
Like Jignesh said, you can expect 4.25-4.5L for your car. If you forsee your running to increase in Bangalore, I suggest you sell your car. Dont sell to a dealer because they are notorious for low prices.
See if someone in your family/friends wants to buy a car.

Varun

I would like to see my car with a fellow BHPian. Will get some clarity in the next couple of weeks and will take a decision accordingly. I personally dont want to go through the hassles of State to State transfer.

There's absolutely no comparison between new and even a month old car. That too in that(!) segment. They depreciate at 25% in the first year and in the 2nd year at ~10-12%, then on it'd be steadily at ~7% p.a., whatever the usage (coz eventually when you sell it, you'd be taking a massive depreciation hit if you overvalue & over-pay for it now).
Find out how much the seller paid for it & slash away depreciation, after which you may want to take it to the VW service center and run the Diagnostic checks, there MUST be a reason why it hasn't been used much in the past 1 year.
If all is normal, haggle abit and consider closing the deal. If unfortunately not, get the estimated repairing cost and bargain atleast for 1.5 times the estimate.
Enjoy!

Don't install a cng kit in a Ford.
One, they are always bad. Why, is because of the following.
Ford will not allow a car with aftermarket cng installed into the service center. Which is why no one has bothered with a good kit. I don't know the reason for this, it's just something I found out a couple of years back. And fng can only go so far in taking care of fords. You WILL have to go to an authorised centre at some point.
