What would be a decent price for a 16000kms run April 2012 silver Skoda Rapid Ambition TDi with a premium sound system?

A friend is relocating and has to sell it before he moves.

May I know which city the car is registered in ?

What would be a good price for an excellent condition Maruti Suzuki Swift Vdi, May 2012 model, 22000 km run, dark grey color. It is HR registered (Karnal).

A friend is moving abroad and wish to sell it very soon.

Depends on the buyer. A conservative figure would be ~7L for Bangalore. He'll have to search for a buyer who values the car as well as the music system to get a better value.

I am planning to sell my 2008 model Logan DLX
Run for 46,000 km
Has reverse parking sensor, music system (with USB, front speakers), autocop.
Silver color. some minor scratches on the bumper.
2 front tyres changed 14 months back. Spare is unused.
Car is in very good condition.
No accidents, serviced at Mahindra service centres only

How much can I expect. I am getting a couple of offers for Rs 3.00 lakhs.....

Any suggestions will be most appreciated thanks..

Guys,
My brother has seen a used Civic owned by a father's friend, details:
2008 bangalore registered white colour
22k done with manual transmission
Yet to see the car and test drive it.

Let me know what price we can offer?

Look forward to your suggestions.
Chetan

vyasachetan ,

any thing around 5.5 would be a steal , nearing 5.75 - 6 lks band is the running price , comparitive to the age it looks less run .

I am thinking of buying a almost brand new ritz zxi. The car is almost brand new (about a month old). It has about 3000 kms. The OTR of a new ritz zxi in bangalore is around 6.5. The owner (known to me personally) is asking for 5.8. Is it worth it?

As an aside, are maruti extended warranties transferabke? This car has a 2 year extended warranty. I am getting different answers from maruti dealers and customer care. There is nothing in the terms and conditions of the contract that says it is not transferable..

Thx

Current OTR Of RITZ ZXI in bangalore after published discounts is around 6.5L without exchange bonus and around 6.3 L with exchange bonus. One can probably haggle a bit more and get another 10K off. I have nothing to exchange in my case :-)

I have been searching for a Skoda Octavia diesel for my relative. After one and a half months of looking, I came across a well kept example - 2005 L&K model, 2nd owner.

It has run 1.7 lakh KM and recently had its flywheel, clutch, timing belt, engine oil etc changed. Owner is saying next major service will only be after 70-80,000 km. It has a full service history.

It's fully loaded version with sunroof, electric mirror, auto ac, HID headlamps etc - I have checked and every electrical feature is working. all 4 of the tyres are new and spare is in very good condition. It has 3rd party insurance valid for next 11 months.

Overall car is in good shape and I was satisfied after TD'ing it - clutch & gear shifts are smooth, turbo is working and when cruising, there is no engine noise in the cabin.

Quoted price after haggling is Rs.4.36 lakhs - after more than 1 month of searching, this is easily the best example I have driven - is it a good buy at this price?

I was planning to sell my 2007 Spark and upgrade to a used Linea or SX4 and convert that too Cng.

I'm getting quotes from 80,000 to 1 lac for my car. Isn't it a bit low? I'm the second owner. 41000 kms done.

Anyways I checked out some cars.
2009 Linea Emotion 1.4 Golden with 41000 kms and 1st owner. It also has a Cng kit fitted. Car is in decent condition. Dealer is quoting 3,05,000.

Saw some SX4 going for 3.25 - 3.50 lacs for the ZXI model with around 40-50k kms.
These were 2007-08 models.

Opinions?

4.4???? for a 2005, 2nd owner, 1,70,000km done, two generation old car, from a company with poor A.S.S. and an owner who thinks the next major service is only going to be 70,000 kms away? WHO CARES IF HE HAS ITS SERVICE HISTORY? He better have pool fitted in the trunk for this money. (with a deep end)
