Well i dont know if it will ever make it to India, but i sure do hope it does. The Acura TSX and TL have been my favourites for a long time. I am not sure if you can exactly pit it against the RS coz this car is in a higher league. Maybe performancewise it is quicker or maybe same as RS but it has alot more luxury and image to offer as compared to the Skoda.

if they ever launch it as a honda it would be a big mistake..but as an acura it would be cool..just like nissan is planning on launching cars with infiniti name plate..which i am extreemly excited about..

the Accord Type S would be a good competition to the Skoda Laura vRS.
I never said the Octavia RS, i can mean even the Laura RS..

This car will be more drivable then any Skoda RS cars and will have much better equipment and space then the Laura RS or even the Octavia RS. Now only if Honda get it here which i am sure they wont and if they will then they will do what they are best at doing strip it. ( Civic will come with 15inchers, they came with 18inchers at the expo)

wish they would make 18" standard on all cars....
The show cars are usually always the kitted ones with the large tyres. They tease us and when the actual thing comes out its a let down...(ok not always)

I think more than this, Honda should think about getting the 2006 Accord V6 with M/T. Since the M/T has been launched on the 4 door, they need not risk getting the coupe.

U not only get a 6 speed gearbox but, also a 3 ltr engine churning out 244bhp (225-230 for India).

For a lesser price, you're getting a faster car.

I guess honda will do that soon enough when they get the new honda accord with the changed rear end and lamps. Better still they should discontinue the current accord replace it with this one! That would be killer!

i agree totally. jack up the bottom segement, there will more free air for the higher models. thinking on the basis of maruti lineup, it would not appeal to the buyer. anyone' guess that the said car wont do well. atleast, wont be worth the pain they will have in bringing it down here.

make the base strong, dont throw in so many luxury machines without having good options in the economy segment.

and yeah....the revenue from the smaller segment encourages the firm to go and take more risks. again we can see how maruti has done. we remember the box ( wagon r) not doing so well in the start, dont we? maruti was easy with it, coz they had a revenue bringing machine down there. same applies for other manufacturers as well.

P.S: no offence meant to wagon r owners
