Actually my schedule cleared up, the demo I was supposed to give got postponed to next week and to Chennai. My son's LKG exams (??) are starting on 20th. But after the freak accident last week, we are a little weary of racing it. I guess my need of speed is not that high.

The point of this post is to re-iterate the old mantra: "slow-in, fast-out."

\\\ The quickest way through the whole segment does not include the fastest line around the corner. Rather, the lowest overall time is achieved by cornering more slowly so one can get back on the gas earlier \\\

It's always tempting to corner a little faster, but neither does it pay off in the context of the rest of the track, nor in context of tire integrity (*as we have been finding out lately*)
