Secondly u have no villagers or animals to hit on circuits , which is a major hazard and can end you tied to a tree for no fault of yours.
Circuit racing if your serious about motorsport, rallying if you want to have some fun and get very sideways, alongwith a bit of danger...my 2 cents worth

Hi All,

Well, i voted for circuit racing, geting into the slip stream and then overtaking is more fun than beating the clock.

Regards,
Sajan

Rallying any day over circuit racing. I can never seem to get that adrenaline rush watching circuit racing , but rallying sure brings in loads of interest.

Circuit Racing as it can be experienced in a controlled setup with total chaos all around you unlike in Rallying where the participants leave @ regular intervals in between start and end points.

To my understanding and to as per my limited knowledge Rallying is differentiated from racing as a point-to-point format in which different teams(driver + navigator in most cases) drive between points or stages, leaving @ regular intervals from different start points depending on the clocking times setup during each segment or stage progression.

Well ! Rijubhai, thats what i meant and care to correct me if my understanding of rallying is different and not quite right .

why is Off-Road not part of this. For me it's off-road, then comes rallying.

Circut racing for me is very similar to driving in a 'wheel of death' (maut ka kuan) that you see in a circus.

circuit Racing and Rallying require precision and loads of skills. The car is what makes the difference (IMHO).

Rallying anytime. Tests your skills in the real world - i mean not so ideal situations.
