contact the organisers, meet them well in advance, tell them to give a special demarcated area for team bhpians, and agree to pay for this special enclosure[share the costs]. also offer any assistance they may desire, for the smooth running of the event!!!

Yeah we would need a confirmation list before hand of all t-bhpians coming.

I guess if we have some known person in the automotive industry to initiate the dialogue with the organizers. Someone senior rather than any random one of us approaching ACI.

Also, I think we will need permission for this from the mods.

I am in tooo....but not sure if the event is going to be held, lets see..I can give some helping hand on the organizing part also. Please let me know.
Printing Badges would be a great Idea

this is quite simple, at the entrance of the venue or at the team-bhp area(if there is one) have someone or a moderator of team-bhp from bangalore bring a laptop by this way we can have every member of tbhp login by this way we can know who are members and who are not:Cheering:

Its wonderful to see the extent of support here with regards to organization .. But from rumours i hear the bangalore leg of the run wont happen until november .. Now that sucks ..
