Are these engines rebuilt for every event ?
Yes, thats very fast, a good superbike rider does about the same time. Not sure how often the bikes are rebuilt

Any idea when the CBR will hit India? They look identical to the Thailand model. The stunner looks much better in comparision.

CBR150 laptimes are seriously good. I guess it makes sense that its a proper racing engine that is 'short stroke' with DOHC head that makes 19bhp at 10,500 rpm with 11:1 CR unlike the R15 which is based on a 135cc underbone engine.

WOW! just imagine Honda, Yamaha and TVS all with their works teams going head to head at the track.

That is fast. Are they using slick tires? I bet the cornering speeds are much faster than the superbikes even though the lose time in the in the straights. When I went to IndyGP, I could see that the 125 were going flat out thru the corners where the 800cc guys would be off the power for so long.

Interesting Indian biking scene is getting interesting!! Yo, did you get to ride the CBR? How was the feel?

CBR looks proportionate, especially the front end and the rear end gels together well, it doesn't look too small either. Engine tech seems to be better comared to Yamaha?
