Our offroading gang performed brilliantly @ high speed considering our crawling habits in OTR's. None of our members made any penaltiesclap:; unfortunately the organizers were least interested in giving any weightage for that.
Today morning only I came to know that from someone that the team-bhp gang was the favorite for the race. Surprisingly the reason behind that was our OTR & donuts behind the race track.rl:
Cheers!

What you saying?!! Really? I guess that's why they made us wait till the end and frustrate us and then all of a sudden removed the 10 second per penalty rule.
And that's why they kept telling us, "Don't go fast or we will disqualify you..."
EDIT: Alok, upload the pics or put them up on FB.

Looking at watermarks of few photos, know for sure that these belong to members of flickr group of pune photographers. Too bad that I was not able to attend this event.
Can we have some photos clicked by TBHP members please?
Damn I missed it. Had to ride down to Mumbai in the evening. Too bad.

Great Pictures. @tejas, can you mail me a few action shots for what we talked about please.
Amazing pics there. Especially the one's from facebook. Don't catch me on the wrong foot here, but the only people who fell in the race seem to be women? Hope nothing serious happened to the 4 of them.
And a moron in that snap with the hat on seems to be laughing looking at them fall.
On second thoughts I should have come and not gone for shopping.
I think the most falls were in the Bullet class - a predominantly male domain ;). There sure was a pileup in the start of the race of the scooter class.
@hkanitkar, these are some very beautiful pics in the few minutes that you were there. I was available till late afternoon but would have loved to capture something that neat.
Someone mentioned yesterday that the Bullet race was the most fun to watch. I missed it - I was too busy riding it. :D
I have created a sort of collage which would give you an idea of what happened in the race. All pics taken by my friend Mr Kapil Patil who was handling an SLR for the first time but still did a pretty amazing job.
The Mod of Roadshakers - Mr Baljeet Singh banged the Gold (Sikh gentleman wearing Yellow Riding jacket - Highly modified LB500 - No 80), and Mr Dhawal Toke of Roadshakers captured the Silver (Green Highlight Riding jacket modified Thunderbird - No 81 ), Mr Baljeet Gill (No 82) of Roadshakers again claimed the Bronze (This was in-spite of a Fall).
Congratulations to all - Will update with rest of the pics later
@hkanitkar & other Pune/Mumbai Tbhpians,
The Xenon in the pics looks very good! Did any of you guys have a closer look at it? Am assuming its a 4x4? What tyres was it running on? The Xenon is an awesome looker and probably a good base for doing up a full-on off-roader I guess.
Cheers,
Adi
