Sigh.

Another A8 / superb facelift type rear. Bland, Boring & similar. Too early to comment entirely on this car until all facets are seen but going by the new Q7 design language Audi seemingly does not want to be left behind BMW even where going in the WRONG design direction is concerned.

BOTH of them seem to be designing ugly cars off late. Just saddens me. Only Mercedes are producing some pleasing to the eye cars of the 3.

Update;

The new gen A4 will be having 9-Speed Auto.

There will be a option of a newly developed 1.4 TFSI engine developing 180 hp.

That interior makes one wonder how they plan to compete with the C Class.
The saving grace is that the C is priced ridiculously at 42L on road !! One can get an A6 for 44-45L comfortably in India.

Overall it doesn't look like Audi has taken there game forward substantially, the new Q7 itself isn't next generation worthy !!

The way the German biggies are pricing their cars its ridiculous.

Another great VFM alternative will be the all new Superb once launched

On the flip side it does make room for cars like Superb, Passat to be priced higher and enter into the pricing of what 3/C/A4 were priced about 3 years before.
