Didn't really seem that odd to me. However, some of his controlled expression could also be from the injury he sustained during the fall from the horse in Part 1.

Watched the whole patagonia special. I quite liked it.

Not much drama before everything fell apart due to 'H982 FKL'. But I prefer it that way. And that gorgeous Esprit, it really deserve a place in the TG studio.

Honestly, I found something missing in the Patagonia special. I don't know what it is, for it included all the drama, the lunacy and humour, but that charm, the appeal seemed to be lost.

Not like I didn't enjoy the episode. Clarkson was as amazing as usual, but May seemed different for he didn't blabber too much in this episode.

Think that's a teaser for the magazine and not an episode of season 22.

I found this to be the most boring Special ever. While all specials are scripted this one looked too obviously scripted as if they didn't even bother to pretend natural.

As for the controversy, its clearly deliberate, in the very beginning Jeremy mentions that they were made aware of the controversial nature of his license plates yet the team decided to do nothing about it. So while I agree that the mobsters have taken this too seriously than they should have, I don't feel sorry for TG as doing this knowingly was clearly calling for trouble.

But guess what they achieved what they wanted with this controversy i.e. close to 5 million viewership. So the controversial nature of specials will continue.

enough ranting, now waiting eagerly for the rest of the season

Top Gear UK will feature 10 full episodes which will be aired from Jan 25th to March 29th. That's good news considering last few series just had 6 -7 episodes. Waiting for it!

First Ever 'Evening With Top Gear' Live Stream To Air Sunday, January 18

BBC has announced that for the first time, a special 'Evening With Top Gear' preview program will air on January 18.

Jeremy Clarkson, James May, and Richard Hammond will all appear before a small live audience to discuss the new season and answer questions from the fans. According to the official Top Gear website, Top Gear will hand out 10 tickets to fans that are in the UK to meet the trio in person. For the rest of us, Top Gear also encourages us to reach out to the presenters by sending in questions via inbox@topgear.com.

The show will broadcast globally on Sunday, January 18, at 21:00 GMT or 4 p.m. EST via its official Top Gear YouTube channel.

The LEGO trailer is superb! If it is any indication, we might see the 650S and the LaF this season!

This season looks promising and fun. Waiting to hear Clarkson's take on the i8; hopefully he won't call it a glorified Prius.
