Toyota C-HR Facelift launching in October. Spied images taken at a photo shoot.


-The LED daytime running light with a depth above the headlight is adopted, giving it a more aggressive front.

-Bi-beam type LED headlamps are standard equipment, and turn signals are integrated to make the design more appealing

-the front fog lamp is integrated with the dummy intake part to give a very smart impression.

-Lexus type wheels - multi-spoke type like Lexus RX, and the wheels are all painted black.

- As for the powertrain, two types of engines, the 1.2L turbo engine and the 1.8L hybrid engine, will be available as before

- a new orange color will be added, so a monotone orange metallic and orange metallic x black two-tone colors will also be available.

-In addition, the oxide bronze metallic monotone and the oxide bronze metallic x metal stream metallic two tones are also added to the lineup

-The debut is October 18 so far, but it will appear at the Tokyo Motor Show 2019

Toyota C-HR update adds 2.0-litre hybrid engine.












Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and styling enhancements join new 2.0-litre engine option on Toyota C-HR.

The addition means the C-HR now offers the same choice of 1.8- or 2.0-litre hybrid power as the Corolla hatchback and Touring Sports estate. As in the Corolla, the 1.8-litre makes 120bhp and the 2.0-litre produces182bhp.

With both engines, the electronic power steering has been tweaked to offer better feel and noise insulation has been added to improve refinement. C-HRs fitted with the 2.0-litre powertrain get suspension upgrades that promise better ride and handling.

And the new “C-HR” indicators is with minor change, a mysterious change has been made that the front is sequential → flashes, the rear flashes → sequential.

This is the new “C-HR GR Sport”

it has a daring face, and you can see that the front headlight design and housing, and the front bumper have been changed to aggressive (19-inch aluminum wheels at the feet Wearing).

The C-HR GR Sport is equipped with a 1.2-liter direct-injection turbo engine and a 6-speed iMT (intelligent manual transmission) on the transmission, allowing easy clutch and shift operations with an iMT switch. It will be a very interesting unit.
Of course, the hybrid specification that combines 1.8L + electric motor is also available, so it is a good point to be able to select the type that suits your preference.

New Toyota CH-R interiors spied:

the area of the front seats of the new C-HR & follows the line of the current model with a large touch screen integrated into the center console in a renewed dashboard. The centerpiece now features a new, thinner climate control display at the bottom, along with a classic key band, while the transmission tunnel is raised

the gear lever is now smaller, does not have a leather bellows and all the buttons of the parking brake and the driving mode selector have been rearranged in a linear mode. A cleaner design that will also have a more modern digital instrument cluster under the usual visor.

will reach the market with self-charging and plug-in PHEV hybrid mechanics that, as we have already pointed out, will not take long to be revealed. Its debut is expected this coming summer to be available in dealerships next fall as a 2024 model.
