Next Gen Duster might not look that different than the current one. To be unveiled at the upcoming Frankfurt motor show in Sept- 17 and later for sale in mid 2018.

Not yet seen in the speculated 7 seat configured .

Next-gen Duster won't be coming in a 7-seating configuration, clarifies Francois Mariotte, Global Sales Director, Dacia.

In an interview with Auto Express UK, Mariotte also confirmed that the next-gen Duster will be unveiled at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show in September.

“The priority when renewing Duster is to keep all the strengths of the actual model, and one part of this is the chassis or the platform.
When you want to transform a car that is a five seater from a seven seater there is no way – you will lose the compactness and the 4x4 capabilities of the car. I know there is a lot of noise going around about a seven-seater on Duster. But it’s not on the plan. You can forget it.”

I ask just one thing-
Does Dacia like flap type door handles like how Maruti likes it's power window switches?

I think it's better not to go the 7 seater way. Instead, make a spacious 5 seater with a great boot. Jazz and (To some extent) Baleno put the more expensive Duster to shame in terms of rear seat comfort.
