This if launched in India , can make the fight all the more interesting , I feel its better looking than camry , some how the grille gells well the overall design theme.

This is not just for Beijing. It will be launched in Europe too.

I think it will make it to our shores too. Hmmmmm.... Ya, I hope!

I think this piece should be launched in india..Then only toyota can have head on competition with the Honda civic in terms of look..

europe gets the Auris

This is a rehash of the existing corolla- does not bode well with the Civic around

civic will have a hard time selling units for sure. i like the corolla more than the civic but love the american civic more than the corolla. game goes on.

irrespective of the civic's looks a lot of people still prefer buying a toyota corolla over the honda civic.this aided by greater headroom in the corolla.and a lot of 40+ people do not like the "in your face interior styling of the civic".
i guess the axio(design wise) would do better as there havent been much takes for the new camry.

It looks like it's still the same body shell. Just the outer panels look different. Nonetheless it does look good and will give good competition to the civic.
Hope it comes really fast.

nitrous..I think if that car is priced 20 lakhs..It wont be able to sell much or for that matter it will be a total loss...

I agree.But, everyone knows what toyota did with the new camry.
Maybe they think we dont deserve much.

The new corolla has made it’s European debut at the Helsinki Motor Show 2006 in Finland.
