reventon looks good and all but it still has the same engine as a murcielago and the price of an all together much better car , the bugatti veyron.Honestly i'd rather take a veyron.

Lamborghini Reventón - Delivery

Received this in email today:

Real Life Photographs of Lamborghini Reventón - Delivery

The Lamborghini Reventón is a mid-engined sports car that debuted at the 2007 Frankfurt Auto Show. It is currently the most powerful and expensive Lamborghini road car to date, costing one million euros. The official press release states that only 20 examples will be released to the public, with a single car (0/20) produced for the Lamborghini Museum. Although early rumours indicated the total number would actually be 100, each Reventón is clearly stamped with its number in the sequence of 20 between the drivers and passengers seats.

Although the exterior is all new, almost all the mechanical elements (including the engine) are taken directly from the Murciélago LP640. The exterior styling was inspired by the F-22 Raptor.

i dont think u'll need such info. because all the 20 cars that lambo made were sold before the offical launch. 5.4 cr overseas excl other duties. there are still rumours about them making some more examples. but i dont know how far they are true
but IMO i'd get the reventon by burago. Costs much less

the reason for it being expensive is that the whole body is made out of carbon fibre that is 5 times stronger than steel and very light. this is the main reason for being the price so steep.

the ALLOYS are unique they suck the air in to keep the disc cool. these are just few reasons why its expensive.
if i had that kinda money i would have bought then and there.

when your friends roll in ferrari's and phantoms. you have to be a step ahead of them to get noticed.

some of u may not agree but lambo's are not only bought for performence but it has million dollar BLING value. every one looks at you when you are in a lambo. the whole idea is (look at me, see me, hear me, me me me...)

We have pictures of the 1st Reventón in this thread. So here are the pictures of the last and final 20th Reventón which has been delivered to a customer in UK. Its the only Reventón in UK.

Lamborghini delivered the last of its 20, one million euro plus taxes, Reventón cars this week, to a British customer of the official Midlands dealer, Lamborghini Birmingham.

“Our client was understandably delighted,” said Lamborghini Birmingham sales manager Dominic Mulvey, who accompanied his client to Lamborghini’s Sant’Agata-based factory near Bologna. “Lamborghini’s President and CEO, Stephan Winkelmann, personally presented the Reventón to its new owner who then drove off in his new car.”

The UK-bound V12 Reventón, number 20 of 20 with a minimum 650 hp and a top speed in excess of 211 mph , is the last of the Reventón cars, all of which were sold prior to its public reveal in September 2007. The buyer, who wishes to remain nameless, is committed to driving his car rather than simply garaging it however, so the last Reventón may well be seen throughout the country at Lamborghini, motorsport and social events.

Recession has hit hard

A car-trader, JamesList.com has put up SEVEN Reventons for sale!!!

Seven out of twenty is just immensely hard to believe, but it has happened. If this is what is happening to Reventons, who knows what's going to happen to the LP 670-4 etc.?

Oh recession, get over quickly.
