Only similarity is that both are boxy, otherwise they look as different as salt and pepper.

Not surprising, considering they used to own the company that made that THING.

A marriage of the ML and the Prado with a sportier look. Price will remain THE issue on its success.

I figure $35K to $45K - Marginally more than the X3. In the Merc Lineup - This would slot in between a C350 4Matic and a stripped ML350 4Matic. And I don't think this is coming to India. Per AutoBlog:

"Curiously, the GLK will not be sold in right-hand-drive markets like the UK because its 4Matic four-wheel-drive system can't be made to work with the steering wheel on the right."

There you have it...
A mix between the X3/X5 and the Toyota Highlander..
A few lines borrowed from the other Merc cars, but overall it doesn't seem to be anything outstanding.

Very unlike Mercedes Benz. Probably based on the Nitro platform.

However the BMW Xn too is very unBMW, although they carry over the BMW lines better than 5/7-series.

The mug shot reminded me of the Grand Vitara ...
Too many creases and folds IMO.

Why everyone thinks it is un-Mercedes? They built jeeps like this for a long time!

Why have they made all the 'curves' in an automobile into 'straight lines'? Even the wheel arches have been ironed out!

Wonder if this is what they call 'the future of the automobile'
