Yippee ! Time for the pics. Refreshing the thread more often now. See Sam, the more you delay the more T-BHP server resources are being utilised

Btw, that key - it's missing a JBL keyring IMO

YetiBlog® - 12th February 2008

I've spent all night on 2 planes.

Not a wink of sleep, I've been unable to control my excitement. Add to that the fact that Germany is currently just an hour ahead of GMT and I'm going to reach by noon.

We reach Munich and there's a pretty lady with a placard. The minibus takes us straight to Le Meridien. Everyone is there. Everyone.
I say my hellos to everyone and spend a little time with a lovely lady who's been waiting for me.

I should go to my room and sleep, but I cannot. I take a warm long bath and wear my suit. The shuttle will be here to pick us up at 4.30pm and take us to BMW Welt.

Suddenly I cross this mad Mercedes showroom. I've never seen anything like it in my life! But this is Munich, not Stuttgart. Hmmm.. just what are Mercedes trying to prove here?

I cannot get out of the bus. I take some quick photos as fast as I can.

We are getting a wee bit late. But suddenly we are pulled over. Ha, the driver was talking on his mobile phone and he is in big trouble! Who said this happens only in India?

We reach BMW Welt. It's time to start the presentation. We are in the pre-function area.

It is an impressive venue to say the least.

Soon it's time to move up and across to the main venue.

The BMW 4 cylinder building.

Munich by night - a view from the bridge at BMW Welt.

Control yourselves, boys. Control yourselves.

Down below is where I was for many days. Next to the bar.

Please don't wet your screens boys. Really.

Experiencing Evolution - Most certainly !!!

Hey Sam Bhai,

These well taken pics must surely only reflect a fraction of the adrenaline rush, experienced in person.

Pics from your M3 drive - eagerly awaited.

O Yeti awesome pictures, as in Navin's words thank you for making o everybody here at TEAM-BHP vicariously experience the BMW Welt along with the Merc showroom. Looking forward to seeing and hearing more about your experiences there, although I notice the absence of something very important the BMW M3 pics along with a writeup about the same.

In time. In time. Patience is always rewarded. This is a Yeti tale, it will unfold slowly.
