Yes it is, but mostly its the finesse and the efficiency at which the technology works. This one is very reliable.
I'm not sure if its available in India, but it would certainly save some bad accidents on highways at night. With people driving wrong side and sudden appearances of bullock carts, rickshaws with no reflectors etc. it will be quite a boon.

sounds good !!

But what we need is something which helps us see with the jokers with high beams on coming in the opposite lanes. I can't seem to see a thing these days due to high beams hitting me from the other side - more so when it rains and I am so sure driving blind like that for a few seconds causes quite a few accidents

maybe this night vision stuff can help
