Thanks bro,but aren't those different mirrors quite evident?!.Anyways that's the first thing that caught my eye! The new CLS will also have similar ORVMs.

That is simply because, the ORVM moved from the corner of the pillar, more down to the door panel. It is quite evident and 'in your face'. Same trick as Porsche did for the forth-coming 911.

Seems like SLK engineers always copy something. The older one, 2008 model had a nose/grille similar to Mclaren SLR. And now a nose similar to SLS.

I've a 2008 model, its a perfect small car which is fun to drive with a wide torque, pushed it to 6500rpm and its keeps going. But the major downside is the wind and road noise which i thought would be minimal bcos its a hard top convertible.
