Yes it is a Porsche 968 cabrio. Kept in a pretty good condition.

ID 637 : From the downward-pointing arrowhead logo and the hood ornament it appears to be a Pontiac.
A Pontiac Cabriolet from around 1935 to 1937 is the closest I can get.
