Spot on boys its a NIMIR as you have rightly guessed. It looks like plenty of companies have produced their versions of the Hummer under different names and this is the UAE's version produced and sold by the Bin Jaber Group. Its actually powered by a Cummins 5.9 diesel.

Gogi Bhai, the few book references that I use for Hudson do not mention that the Victoria Country Club was ever made in roadster/convertible format. A google search with the name also yielded no results. That is why I was convinced that the car in Karl's pic is either a chop job or a one-off. Anyway, this one we'll never know for sure.

Yes I do drive my FJ on desert outings and on road for the rest of the time. Its my Fun Junky / Midlife Crisis car. Just got a TRD Cold Air Intake and Cat Back exhaust fitted today and it sounds mean now.
Am going in for a Icon Stage 5 suspension next week and then its gonna be able to do some spectacular jumps !!!

No. A hint would be its a 1920 vintage, horse-collar design. A US based car company manufactured these.

1923 Franklin 10 4-door touring sedan
The entire hood along with the grille would open upwards and forwards hinging near the front bumper, not unlike our 1960s Standard Herald, Triumph Spitfire, Jaguar E-type, etc.
I was initially confused by the faux-radiator cowl being painted the same color as the body. Originally it should have been glossy black. Then I realized that the car had been repainted.
The 1923 Franklin had a body built on top of a solid wooden chassis and rolled on artillery type wooden wheels.
It had an aircooled six cylinder engine, so no radiator!

Correct, in the image, on a closer look, the front hinge can be felt quite unconventional of those times. Intentionally I searched for something which doesnt have two-tones coz model 9 through 15 they came in twin-tones with the front bonnet in separate color than the rest body (not considering the roof which was standard black). These were 32 bhp machines, which was quite amazing at those times. Another look of it while the bonnet is open is below:

Buddy, I think you've got the wrong pic. Its obvious that the Franklin car was not centre hinged. The bonnet was hinged at the front and opened upwards.
I've posted a pic of my 1954 Merc 300SL scale model. Look at the way the bonnet opens. I think this is what Ram was referring to:
Maybe the mechanism would've evolved along with the models, the one that he mentioned about was model 9/10, my pic is of model 15 (I didnt get any of the models 9/10).
The gullwing is surely awesome. :D Its always fascinating to see this one in particular. I saw it at the scale models store in Inorbit mall (that store is no more there now)
