Saw this video last night on Facebook. Some people really don't know how to keep an exotic. And as time is passing, one can see how drastically supercar crashes are increasing all over the world. India itself has witnessed a crash of 6+ supercars this year. :banghead:

According to the Chilean national police, Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal was driving under the influence of alcohol when he crashed his Ferrari 458 near Santiago.

Lamborghini Aventador crashes head on with an Opel Corsa.

The crash occurred on Tuesday afternoon on a mountain road near the city of Furtwangen, in southwestern Germany.

According to the police report, the 54-year old driver of the 700PS Italian supercar was unlawfully trying to overtake a BMW on an uphill turn when he encountered an oncoming Opel Corsa. The driver of the Lamborghini tried to move back into his lane, but it was too late; he scraped the BMW and then crashed into the supermini.

The Corsa overturned while the Aventador smashed into a guardrail. The police said that the 32-year old female driver of the Opel, as well as the driver of the Aventador and his passenger, were all seriously injured and transported to a nearby hospital where their condition remains unknown.

Ferrari LaFerrari Crashes During The Cavalcade Rally

This LaFerrari from Belgium collided with the guard rail at 150 kmph during the last lap of the circuit. The front end is completely destroyed with the bumper and splitter absorbing most of the impact and preventing any further damage. A front bumper change should be enough to get this LaFerrari back on the roads.

Ferrari Owner Resorts To Crowdfunding To Repair His Damaged 458 Italia

The man couldn’t come to terms with totaling his pride and joy and now he’s asking complete strangers to help him rebuild the thing. How? By resorting to crowdfunding.

So, if you think there’s nobody to help out there, except a man who drove a mid-engine 562 HP Ferrari over-enthusiastically on the Nurburgring and then crashed it, here's what you need to know:

The repair-costs for the 458 Italia are evaluated at €210,000 ($234,624) and the self-proclaimed petrolhead can’t accept that his beloved (and utterly wrecked) car is destined for the scrap-yard. So, he (and some associates) came up with this plan:

“Why don't we give every petrolhead on this planet the opportunity to put his or her picture of choice on our almost dead beauty?"

The idea is simple; the Ferrari will be used as canvas so that anybody could pay a nominal fee of €3.99/cm2 to upload a picture on the vehicle’s hood, chassis, or bumper. Any picture can be chosen for upload and the revenue will be used to repair the beast, while transforming it into a rolling “object d’art” in the process.

If 50,000 people will be convinced to participate in this project, the repaired Ferrari will be given for an entire month to one lucky winner. For free!

A 1 in 50,000 shot do drive a Ferrari? Isn’t that exciting?

I think it tried to avoid hitting a car up ahead. The car braked hard (hazard lights came on) and the driver lost control and veered into the sidewall.

The singer Psy, who released the well known Gangnam Style in 2012, has crashed his Rolls Royce in China, whilst heading to a bar opening. The singer, who had a convoy of vehicles with him, managed to drive his red Rolls Royce Ghost into the back of a bus.

Psy was a little shaken after the accident, and was quickly picked up and whisked away in a Porsche.
