Sad.

A crash is a crash is a crash- a Merc SLS or a Nano.

Point is, the attitude of the driver and his/her driving skills are contributory factors. I wouldn't expect all drivers of ostentatious, high priced, hyper engineered vehicles in developing countries to be ultra careful and ultra law abiding when it comes to driving manners on public roads ( this seems to be a public road). Statistically, women drivers drive safer ( have less accidents including fatal accidents) as they normally do not possess the 'macho' mojo that the rest apparently have.

What the hell, how exactly did it happen ? Passenger cell looks to have retained its shape well. Where are the other cars that were involved in the accident ?

Curious to know, how do super car owners handle such situations ? Do they claim insurance ? Must be some huge premium that they pay ? Can these cars even be repaired or are they written off ?

You amuse me man. You create a thread on the board saying you want to cry over the financial loss caused to you when your own car meets with an accident and enjoy watching someone else's car crash?!

Oh you missed the joke here, but anyways. OT: I was not crying for the financial loss but i was just an inch close to the dream rebuild and bang, it happens the same day i call clever and JK to show the new look.

SLS AMG must be on sale by now! I saw two cars in Chicago last week. But it is sad to see such a beautiful car in such a horrid condition.

It really is a beautiful design. Passenger cell is right at the back, and the car hood is more than 6 feet long.

Clever engineering there, damage seems pretty minimal as the car has taken the brunt of the crash. Cool.

I think people need to get over themselves, too many are trying to dissect the cause of the crash, but why does it matter anyway, we want to see these exotics on their worst day.

We have no right to speculate on the cause or any other aspect of such crashes, bottom line is it's not our property and the owner has the right to use it as he pleases.

So who's the idiot the guy behind the keyboard dreaming about these cars and calling the owner who crashed it an imbecile, or the guy who actually owns the car, walks away from the crash and lives to buy and enjoy more of these exotics.

In this snap on wrecked exotics :
Exotic Cars, Wrecked Exotic Cars, Ferrari, Lamborghini, BMW, Mercedes Benz
you will see the other car on the right side of the snap. Not a clear shot but according to wrecked exotics, it was a head on bang.
Sad to see a SLS AMG in this condition

Like it or not, the owner might already be on his way to book another SLS or maybe a Reventon or 599 right now as we look at the pics. Sure the pics dont say much but the way that AMG is lying there dosnt seem like the owner is really bothered. I know its too much of PREsuming on my part. But the sad but true fact is, if he could afford an SLS AMG i wouldnt expect to see him standing alongside the wreck in the cold. i rather can visualize him in some cosy Ferrari,Lamborghini showroom.

Actually the logic is not wrong, but, I would put it this way: We will find crashes where supercars are more common.
That is not a pretty sight at all. I could bear the Buggati crash snaps but this is a real pain.
