Re: Gymkhana legend Ken Block passes away

We just started the year and lost one of the most talented guy in his field .

I still remember , when i watched his Gymkhana 9 video on my nokia lumia . The way he handled that Focus RS was jaw dropping.
Many Gymkhana videos came but the most iconic for me were the ones with the Focus RS and the 1000+ HP Mustang videos .

His videos were a big part of me growing up . His videos were one of the coolest things i ever watched as a 12 year old .

May he rest in peace . Really disheartened by such a sad news in the morning

Re: Gymkhana legend Ken Block passes away

Such a sad start to the new year. His Focus RS and 1000hp Mustang were my favourites. Terrific personality. Gone too soon.

Re: Gymkhana legend Ken Block passes away

Really loved how he handled the Subaru on the airfield! I was imagining how Ricky would handle a Himalayan with him. Not really knew about Ken much, but now I do. RIP.

Re: Gymkhana legend Ken Block passes away

His sense of car's proportions and deftness with controls was surreal. Absolute legend. May his soul rest in peace.

Re: Gymkhana legend Ken Block passes away

When this news dropped in, I was middle of a discussion at work. And I felt shaken and paused for few moments.

And all the crazy moments starting flashing in my mind and I couldn't sit still.

That's the moment I realised that I was such a fan. Never thought that the news would have such an impact on me.

What an icon he is.. RIP,

I'm sure he Vroomed to heaven in his style.

Re: Gymkhana legend Ken Block passes away

Really enjoyed watching his videos, it's an unfortunate loss and gone too soon at a young age of 55.
May his soul rest in peace.

He was a magician. I have feasted my senses to so many of his videos. Motorsports won't be the same
