Why is the Ferrari F2005 off the pace?

Ferrari does the brunt of tyre development with Bridgestone and the rubber is designed for them! Jordan and Minardi get the same tyres as Ferrari...

Minardi and Jordan don't have the aero package development like Ferrari! A Poor aero package should have a greater effect on tyre wear, but hey, hey, its Ferrari that's battling with tyre wear!

The F2005 was acutall designed by Albert Costa, I believe! Rory is retiring and therefore Ferrari gave Costa the F2005 to design and boy, I think next year's car will be a mess as well...
