Greetings to all from a Kochi based new Member

I was a close follower of Team BHP travelogues and route queries for a long time. I have found the information available in the forums to be very valuable for frequent travelers. So after retiring from my job, I opted to register and am glad to be apart of the team, may be as a father figure!

I have been driving around for over 40 years (DL in 1973),having owned cars from the old classic Standard heralds, Fiats(never liked the Ambys!), M800 and right now having a diesel Vento. I have enjoyed driving to unknown places and routes in south India and by other modes to rest of India and many countries abroad.

Loves wild life, hill stations and recently fascinated with photography. As my wife also loves travelling and drives as well, we have made several long drives after my retirement. We shall be going for a Gujarat, Rajasthan MP drive shortly.

I have got along well with youngsters at work (and I know most of you are youngsters); so please be feel to interact for exchanging advice, suggestions and information.

. Age was never a criteria here sir. We all love driving and vehicles and other pursuits of interest whenever they come by and i feel this is the reason we all are here.
