So happy to be a part of Team-BHP

Hello BHPians,

A very Good Day to everyone.

It feels good to be able to be a part of Team-BHP. I tired a few times in the past but I guess my responses were not as per the quaity expectations that we have here at Team-BHP. I was way younger back then so even that played a role I am Ankur, an IT Professional in his early 30s. I have been around cars since i was a kid and that has in many ways shaped me as the person i am today.

Cars that had a significant impact on my life and where i kind of learnt driving are :
  1. HM Ambassador Mark2
  2. Maruti Gypsi
  3. Mahindra Willys CJ500
  4. Maruti 800
  5. Maruti Alto

I am from a town called Khandra in West Bengal, the closes city is Durgapur. I spent a good amount of time in Hyderabad and Chennai as well. Currently I am settled in Bangalore. I own a 2020 Altroz XT Petrol and a TVS Star City Plus from 2016.

My interests include:
  1. Flight simulation
  2. PC and console gaming
  3. Collecting die-cast scale models
  4. Travelling especially road-trips
  5. Painting
  6. Cooking

I am looking forward to make some great memories here and a chance to meet & know people whenever feasible.

Hope we have a Team-BHP meet in Bangalore soon.

Till then ciao.

Hello fellow new member & welcome from another new member

I also happen to like console gaming, perhaps we can converse in the gaming thread.

Speaking of Ambassador & Maruti 800, we had both at different times in my childhood (Didn't like the fuel smell in Ambassador's cabin then, used any and every excuse to avoid travel), but did knew for a fact that it was built like a tank.

I managed to find that you need to be at a member level (25 posts), there are many sections where posts don't count.
More on that here - https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/faq.php

Also here's the gaming thread - https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/gadge...soles-112.html (XBox, Playstation and other gaming consoles)
