Actually, the install is completely designed by our Tech Director, Jasdeep. We have the HU and 6 CDC installed since Jan, and so far ... no issues.

Will PM you our details.

Hey, glad you like it... we had JL Audio W6's in there earlier cuz the owner wanted them. But when he wasnt completely satisfied we changed to (special chrome finished have a look ) IDMax12's (which have a huge cult following in the US now, they are on a 8 week national backorder). Once we fired them up... the owner gets this huge grin on his face... Needless to say, he's never going back... What you cant see in this install is a lot of equipment and cabling under the subs, in the amp rack, like the McIntosh DAC, cooling system etc. There is a lot (and i mean a lot) of Dynamat Extreme used in this car. The boot is finished in real leather, even the carpet used is not available in India and was imported for this install.

I saw your palio's pics. Nice system. Did you do the install yourself. I used to have the Premier 414 for a long time, then grew out of it. It sat in my room for the longest time cuz I couldnt get myself to sell it... then I gave it to a friend. I also had the Pioneer 8950 for 4 years... nice HU. Its still going strong in a friends car.

I have read a lot about the IDQ's. Very nice subs.

Thanks for the compliments. Nope, the system in my car is professionally installed. My Premiers been with me for around 7 years now! Touchwood, still working fine. The 8950 has been with me for 3 years. Now planning to upgrade my HU and /or the speakers.

You are right and everything you have read is true about the IDQs. My listening taste is such that I like tight, light (not thick), musical bass. The IDQ beats like a drum. I havent heard a more musical sub and trust me, I have heard a LOT of subs. It also integrates with good comps very well. In fact, even some exotic home audio mfrs use it as a sub with their horn speakers.

Do you know we are the official distributors for Image Dynamics and Tru Technology in India.

Nope, didnt know Image Dynamics was represented in India. Will keep it in mind.

How much would a 12" IDQ sub capable of handling 400w rms cost?
