I have upsized to 195/60-R14.The body roll is definitely more when compared to esteem.I reckon this is because of the semi-independent suspension on Getz.

I did find the Getz a little sluggish just off the blocks and this would have become worse with the Prime 1.1, but the 1.3lit does offer great response at the higher RPMs. Do you find a big difference wrt to your Esteem?
It is sluggish upto 2500 rpm after which it is a pleasure to drive. Many a times I have missed the Esteem's surge of power on tap.Nevertheless,it is great & easy to drive on highways.

chandan,
why don't you get a K n N air filter for your car. It hould help.
My bro found the same problem (his previous car was a santro Xing) and he installed a K n N and now he just raves about the pickup.

I have installed the replacement filter, but it's of no use.I think you're referring to the conical filter. But then again,I donot like my car making all that noise.

My car was stuck in slush, like Mclaren said & I could'nt make it for the meet.I will be up for the Goa meet though, but I don't think my cargo of fun will be needed in a place like Goa...
