Widow Maker Part II

The Zens long gone and havent had a project car for sometime now, so time for another one. havent really thought about what car its going to be (suzuki for sure) as i dont have any but time to take another twin cam and push it to deliver more..

work on the engine has already started -

* port n polish
* 13:1 high compression pistons
* valve job, bigger titanium valves, solid lifts
* suzuki sport race cams/cam pulleys
* individual throttle bodies with 8 injector set up
* knife egded crank
* individual ignitors for each cylinder, msd ignition
* aluminuim flywheel
* 2 way lsd
* dog box with a final drive ratio of 4.4
* alcohol injection

still have to decide what engine management to run and off course what car to put it in .

keep posting as and when i make progress

cheers,

phil

Lovely. More pics as the work progresses is a fine idea.
What is targeted top speed and BHP?

@sudev 150/160 horse power would be a safe estimation, but then estimation only. but then also have to see what tyres to run
top speed depends on gearing, 4.4 final drive should be 150kmph ?

but should rev to 9000 rpm in my opinion .

5zigen exhaust muffler is on its way to make it sound sweet at that rpm.

@mayank - what to do about that ?

WHAT ????? You sold the Yellow Zen ???? I know how you hunted for a Carbon 2 door like forever !!

With you one can never tell You & your long list of surprises !

All the best for the project, so from what little I understand - this one is going faster than the Yellow Monstrosity ???? Alcohol injection ? God help !!

An afterthought - why do you not complete your EVO ?? That should be quite a sling-shot !

Cheers

Some friend of "mine" bought it - & I do not know ?? Does he drive a Gypsy ??

Nice to know that the work on the EVO is full on. Would L O V E to take a drive (maybe with a lumbar support belt) - but would like to any which way. Kindly book a slot for TD

AND you want another TWIN CAM with 150 BHP ?? Enigma !! That is what I shall call you henceforth

Cheers

Is it the same engine or another one ?? Earlier one was blue - this one is red - or have you just painted the thing ?? Suspicious me !! When is it rolling ?
