HI, A friend has just bought a Octavia RS and is looking to take it to about 300+ HP. Would like to know if anybody has suggestions on how to go about the process. If any tuners who have done any mods to a RS? Want high quality stuff which should be bolt on. Car is located in Mumbai.

The best in Indian roads I have heard of 235bhp RS.

Arush had a 250 bhp RS at the Auto Expo. We still are awaiting details on the same. Arush, are u listening??? ?

Please don't go upto 300BHP as the car will Torque steer like mad.

I asked autopsyche about the same issue & he told that it just about manages.

On custom-code.cc i read that an Octy(similar one which India has) can be tuned to 440bhp..??

Ya dude it depends on your budget.You could get an ecu remap,and all the other mods like headers,free flow,headwork etc.You could also put quad turbos,quad cams,7 speed dsg gearboxlol:
Anyway cantact the tuners on the forum like autopsyche,turboindia.....

In my opinion, Petes (TurboIndia) would be your best bet. He has extensively modified the black RS to 200 BHP+ ratings and has the expertise that your friend would be looking for.

Thanks so much for your replies. His budget is about 4L.
Have had a look at custom code already, but that is based in the UK and I think the ECU would have to be sent there. Any other tuner in India would be appreciated. Petes I am going to check.

Would suggest that you have a word with Pete / Turboindia as Pete's is the distributor for Custom Code in India and Petes have also got the latest phase 3 upgrades available to take the car to 300 horses.

We have specialised on the Skoda RS and we have nearly 85 cars on the road now. If you can give us your number I'll make sure you get all the details you want. We do have a delaer in Mumbai and all stuff we do are bolt on kits and the power output ranges from 200 to 300 BHP. Oh and I forgot to add we have around 8 cars in Mumbai which includes our own member MAD MONKEY and also Arush's(Autopsyche) car.

Saw at Four Season their Petes RS. He (is also a member of this site but inactive) claims that its around 300bhp.

To all the guys who have their Skoda's modded to 250+BHP, hows the handling? A lot of torque steer would be there cuz its FWD. Any problems whlie cornering?
