Re: Suzy Blu: Some Utilitarian Modifications in Gypsy

The wiring harness in the engine room has been completely replaced with a new one from MGP had to replace one coupler in the wiring from the old one but now it is free from all niggles. The reason for replacing the wiring was missing in the engine and after lot of effort also was not getting sorted out. Now i am looking for putting up carrier on the roof which can hold the spare wheel and a radio antenna mount.

Any suggestions any pictures?

Re: Suzy Blu: Some Utilitarian Modifications in Gypsy

Thanks Vaibhav for the roof rack design. Will be putting up a light for rear vision in the dark along with a mount for radio antenna. The side rails of the rack will have hooks for awning and in need tying up some light stuff. Will be putting up tyre mount which comes with Hard Top for tail gate.

Re: Suzy Blu: Some Utilitarian Modifications in Gypsy

Rightly by a friend was pointed out that i have not mentioned what for the Gypsy will be used!!

Gypsy will be used in motor sport events as i run a small motor sport outfit Western Motorsports and helping out other organisations also. I go for lot of camping trips and i am also involved in organising bike rides so it will be also used as a back up vehicle.

Suzy Blu also has a companion for fulfilling her duties http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/modifi...p-trolley.html

Yes the motor has been swapped its a MPFi i bought it like this only.

Sorry my fault mentioned it wrong its MG410W

Yes it Ambala number but the colour on the RC also says some blue will check and revert
Isn't that a Baleno motor, looks like 1.6 Lts Gypsy MPFI's come with 1.3. If it is.. I hope 4x4 is retained. You got a hot one brother, body stuff will not take much.

Negative, that is not a Baleno motor its 1.3 MPFi Gypsy motor. 4X4 is very much there, what is the use of Gypsy without a 4X4.
