Can you recommend any good performance tuner in Bangalore. I would like to TC my WagonR.

I suggest u contact our in house tuner psycho , he is working on a similar project himself apart from chalking out plans for the TCing two balenos ..

The biggest problem with a 1061 cc engine is finding a turbo capable of spooling up.
