easy way to convert honda gxi to ZXi

I catched this on my way to office, having a closer look it seems to me metallic on talelight as looking over the pic most of you will think its just a vinyl pasted on it.
In short someboday has already made the die, this is also avialble in market.

Seems to be an Automarc job. Maybe someone can ask him to give more details!!!

have seen a black nhc with this conversion.itsa plastic/vinyl which is stuck on after being painted to match the cars colour.
