Ech, that sounds horrid. Why would you want meters and Sparcos in a muscle car? Muscle is muscle, boss. Just put a mother of an engine, some bad-arse carbs, a huge exhaust, and burn some rubber.

@v1p3r: Nah. Remember Eleanor? You've got to get inside my mind to see the beauty. By custom gauges, I didn't mean 31/2 inch Tachos with shift lights....As for the Sparcos...could be leather-clad Recaros too.

@satish: I've heard great things about this Mr. Chip. Sadly, I've never watched the program....but does he offer his services free of charge...? If yes, book him (and AJ...) for 3 months, please...

Also, AJ is married to the producer. You'd want the earlier host, Courtney. Her dad owns a racetrack.

Awesome... i would love to have a ride like that....i would also like to throw in a supercharger.... bring the beast up to 700+ hp...

I had the same thought. Conty is a solid car, but not that solid.

Let's think a little more conservatively than 700 hp. I'm sure even half of that is more than enough
