Drag Preperation for Sunday

I know someone who is preparing a E-220 (W-124 Series) with Nitrous Oxide especially for the Drag Meet on Sunday. The car should be ready by tonight. Watch out for it, its a silver car very ordinary looking but is going to blow the competetion away.

Hey, I know this Mercedes. Its being modified by team-motorworks in the suburbs, correct?

If I remember correct, the W124 E220 churns out somewhere close to 140 odd horsepower. With NOS, depending on the shot, it should provide for another 30..40...50? What class would he be racing in?

Boy I am getting the drag fever...can hardly wait for tommorow. RG you listening?

Hey GTO,

I think the classes go only by engine size.
Theres the 1.7 multiplication factor for Tubo'd and super'd cars.....but no mention of NOS.

I guess RG will get the take on the "small" displacement big-boys in the open category.....

Ive had drag fever for the last week man!! (and not gonna get the cure on the weekend#@!#@

Wow an NOS W124!! But i dont think its done by team motor works. I just spoke to my friend he didnt mention anything bout it .. But I guess this car should be worth waiting for...

No guys its not done by Team works. there is this other workshop in Andher who is preparing it. I think it will have an 50 BHP advantage over a regular 124. Whatever the difference though it will be worth watching this car take off.

hey cool links ajmat. BTW the site says 450 bhp. Isnt it supposed to be 600. Or is the white Supra 600 bhp??

Hey RG, watch out on sunday. 99% news that the Bangalore Supra is running in the speed run on sunday. Also a host of other cars are coming from Bangalore for the drag. Guys, this is gonna get very very close and exciting.
