It has been made tight by putting M-seal around the projector. It's not visible from outside because it would not look neat. That picture shows test mount. It is fixed tightly with screws now. Also to avoid vertical movement, projector is locked and M-seal is applied. I have driven around 500 KM post installation and everything looks perfect :D

Yes, installation was done at EVO Bangalore. Projector was sourced from Xenon Planet, Chandigarh. Shyam Hegde is XP team member in Bangalore. He usually does installation at EVO/Blackwoks. I paid 14K for the setup ( regular ballasts) and 2000 Rs for installation.

The projectors seem to be exposed with no protection / glass holders. I'm thinking of below scenarios and would they be durable and strong enough to sustain any of these:
- small stones chipping up while driving on bad patches of roads
- minor brushing up during bumper to bumper traffic
- hitting the curb during parking etc.,

That's quite powerful to be honest. Does it have low/high beams like the headlights? Got that impression from the videos.

This looks like a much better and cleaner solution for hatchbacks or sedans where the led bars look so out of place and destroy the overall look. Subscribed to the thread, might go in for these at a later time if they prove reliable in the long run.

Thanks for a very detailed post!
I have been looking for Projectors for my 3rd Gen City as the stock headlights are very under powered. Are these XP projectors road legal? I am not concerned about the cost, just don't want RTO officials bothering me about it.

Any suggestions regarding any other brand of headlights are welcome.

According to RTO rules, any aftermarket accessory is illegal. But I can assure you that XP Micro projectors as stock fog lamp replacement wouldn't have any issues. XP Micro in low beam doesn't glare oncoming traffic at all, when mounted at place of stock fog lamps. AUX lamps or LED bars are easily attracted by cops.

Yes, it can be retrofitted inside headlights too. Even Quad setup could be done with XP Micro :D

Night driving has become effortless now. What's the point of having 150 horses under hood without adequate lighting to drive at night? :D. XP Micro is my solution. I got a chance to capture this output pic few minutes back. High beam is really good!!

The beam output looks nice!
One question, do you have a separate switch for Hi/Lo control for projector or does it work with the Hi/Lo combination stick that's for the headlamp?
