Try MAYA dude... I dont know it myself but one of my friends who is getting trained at maya academy told me that theres nothing thats impossible in MAYA...hence shared...

Yes 3ds is great to start or u can do it in" rhino" . you know mustang saleen s7 from scatch to production is done on rhino ,very powerful one
