S-Zen?(Swift engine in a Zen)

Hello,
Was curious to know if anyone in the group tried to put a Swift engine into the Zen? - just like e-Zen?

I am thinking this should be technically possible becuase its the same Esteem engine?

Any thoughts/comments/inputs appreciated.

BS Motoring reported a company called Performance Auto from ND that does this job. But then we have our own performance exponents in Psycho (Bangalore), Autopsyche (ND), Viper (Mumbai) . You might want to PM them for 1st hand info.

What would be fun now, would be the new Suzuki M16A, with VVT, DOHC, 11.0:1 CR, forged and shot peened pistons with oil coolers, and 125 hp. Sigh.....it's perfect!

Theres Swift engines already available in the market? I thought it would take a little more time for engines to be sourced from totalled Swifts, high mileage Swifts and.......chor bazaars!

Head and cam design are different. So basically, e-zen + head swap should be right. Of course, I could be wrong!

Someone please weld this ported head shut!

The swift has the same head as the esteem, but with new intake manifold+injectors+throttle body+ecu+air box. Swap those you it'll turn to a swift.
You rather get an esteem 16v mpfi engine, optimise the intakes and it will be much peppier. Up the CR and it will be a nice peppy set-up to begin with.
