Baleno : Turbo + Direct Lpg Injection System = V_E_R_Y Satisfied

HI
BACK AGAIN WITH NEW EXPERIMENT THAT succeed

I have turbocharged baleno running at 7 psi which is done by VIPER
I installed LPG system into it ,because it has ECU problem(map sensor) with turbo..and was not working fully at higher above 4000 rpm in petrol

But now i have installed Lovato 120kw suppoerted Direct injection system with LPG injectors

Ecu of LPG injector system is self tunable..which i have tunned at home myself
Ecu senses MAP values from car's ECM at variable RPM level and variable petrol injec tion timings(ms) and then uses formula with multiplying value for LPG injectors to inject LPG into cylinder..........which is very very useful for TURBO / SUPERCHARGED cars.

Car is running very smooth and fast and boost is very high running upto 6000RPM
NO intake leaning problem //// No ECM remapping required /// CHEAP

finally got what i want.

will send all pictures lateron
Hope this will help someone

Congratulations NEO and VIPER,
Neo, did you happen to do a run before and after to see timings etc? If so would you be able to let us know the figures please.
Cheers.

WOW!!!

I think it has to be 1st of its kind..

A LPG Turbo Charged Baleno..
Sounds wierd when heard 1st..
By the way is it comparable to the feel provided by petrol car..
If yes i think you will have created an economical fast car..

nice work there
congratulations for being a pioneer, now many may follow you
is the ecu running closed loop, are you using lambda sensor readings

COngrats NEO, how about some pics.

The 120Kw kit was meant for which car?

MAP is positive (not vacuum) for turbo cars, I hope the Lovato ECU understands that.

Really appreciate the efforts you are putting it in to your project my recommendation get an E.G.T & water temp gauge & monitor the temperature both engine & exhaust dont rely on instrument clusters temp gauge your engine will be running more hot with lpg.
you should also time it with Gtech pro & see how much is the improvement.

power output will be far better with petrol than lpg & your problem could have been sorted out with petrol & i bet it can still be!

ya car is running faaaaaar better than Petrol because its ECU managed LPG injection and can be switched to petrol to lpg and back

U just need to programe ECU right
ECU programing is running on TWO main Formulae

One Apply Volumetric efficiency chart created for
1.Displacement
2.initial RPM
3.final RED line marked RPM
4.Min and Max MAP value (upto 200Kpa)
5.if Boosted then boost pressure or if nat.aspireted Engine then this value will be zero.

Second Petrol timings and then applied multiplier according to VE chart

1.petrol timing that is naturally from CAR's ECM to LPG ECU
running car at variable level of RPM and MAP value will find exact Petrol timeing for turbo car then Lpg ECU will generate theoritical petrol timing for even higher 200KPA MAP value for boosted car. THEN LPG ECU will generate TABLE for RPM vs MAP graph

2. apply multiplier according to VE table generated from formulae

3. minor changes will solve jerks between gear shifts and will adjust initial RPM and test it.

keep driving and find for exact RPM jerks and adjust multipliers for minor.will solve problems

################################################## ###

LOVATO FAST 120kw will support upto 120kw car
1. i have choosen this system because its has highly capable pump and bigger injectors which can withstand with turbo air press

2. I can use same system again for bigger car in future.

3. not much price diff . betN 90kw and 120kw supported systems

################################################## #########
perfect petrol timing and multiplier belongs to testing and testing

will send u perfect multipliers and timing that i have used

################################################## #####
LPG kit has cost of rs 58000/ for me with 1yr warranty and 5 yrs service discounts (because turbo was first car for him)
################################################## #####
i m using lambda sensor readings for wide band AFR
################################################## #####

just want to keep watching on engine TEMP and water+coolent levels

################################################## #####

Will send u pics lateron after 25th..cause i m out of city

################################################## #####
