Wire mesh grill for Lancer

Hey people,

I am looking for a wire mesh grill to replace my stock Mitsubishi grill (the one that spans between the headlights). The stock grill comes with black paint on a metallic surface which keeps peeling off real easy.

Would anyone know where I can source this in Hyderabad? Otherwise - am coming to Delhi in Feb and would like to pick it up from there.

You can DIY.
Buy an Aluminum mesh grille from a hardware store, cut the existing grille out and stick+screw this in - worked for me.

Even it it doesn't work out fine, worst case you anyways plan to replace it with an off-the-shelf (read expensive) product.

No risk no gain

Thanks for the suggestion - but I don't want to mess around with the original grill. I want to keep it for future use - if/when I intend hand over the car to a future buyer or family member, i would like to put the original back on
