HELP Transplant Petrol Engine In TATA SIERRA

I got my Sierra non turbo Model and its so Underpowered and I dont want anymore Diesel...Its Engine Is Dead And No power Left...The TATA Service Has Quoted me Rs 90,000 for this monsters engine overall...
Im in a puddle frens Jus Suggest me some Petrol Engines(prefered maruti ones) So i dont have 2 worry the maintainance....Im ready to transplant a SUITABLE Gearbox for this reason Help Plz...

The only Maruti engine that would handle this truck is from a Vitara. Just try the old TCIC engine from the old Safari or the 407 engine from the Spacio.

Even though the 90,000 amount may sound huge, just go ahead and do it. You will be hard-pressed to find a petrol engine for the Sierra. And even if you do, it will be a nightmarish experience.

An option you can consider is retrofitting a Sierra Turbo engine. Pick one cheap from the after-market if you find one.

if you get the overhaul done locally ,it should cost around 15,000-20,000 only .
