The H Step | Tyre-mounted step for SUVs & MPVs

This will be useful for those of you who have roof boxes. This is fit to the wheel, front or rear and you can stand on it. It supports a weight of 130 kilos. Folded, it is very small.

I saw this first time at my VW dealer. I was there to repair my windscreen and saw the guy using the H-Step. I bought one on my way out.

Yesterday I treated my windscreen with Aquapel and without the H-Step could not have reached the middle and top part of the windscreen.

I used the lowest height and could have raised it by another 5 cm.

Nice little accessory. But can't you just step on top of the tire?

The guy who washes my car is kind of short. He holds on to the roof rail, steps on the tire and easily reaches the top of the car to get the job done.

Exactly what I do for washing my car's roof and windscreen, step on to the Tyre and wash whatever I need to.

This is more practical if you have an overlander for keeping stuff on the roof or taking it off, and also for using as a table while sipping on a cup of coffee/tea or for having some meals or placing your electronics while sitting and soaking in the sun.

Nice accessory to have. It will be very useful for cleaning top of the car especially when there are no roof rails to grab on to. Anybody know if this is available in India?

Amazon in the US sells different kinds of these tyre steps. You should be able to find them in India
