Accessories for Verna SX with ABS

Hi,

I have finally decided on buying the Verna SX with ABS(after taking a test drive) I would request your help in deciding on the accessories. SX unlike XXi does not come with Alloy wheels and so I plan to fit one. In this matter I have a few questions

1.Whether to go for OEM Hyundai from Dealer or after market?
2.Adavith Hyundai in Mysore recommended other brands as opposed to Hyundai? If I go with one would it void any warranty? Dealer in Mysore is quoting 30 K for alloys while the Chennai dealer quoted 21K only. I am told we can get it done cheaper if done after market outside.
3.Also if fitting an after-market/non OEM alloys change the Insurance like in UK/US?
4.Would also like to your recommendation on the Alloy wheel size? Should I go for a 15''?
5.Any other accessory that you would recommend on top of this?

Appreciate your help.

Thanks in Advance!

I bought a set of 5 Aura G21455 14" x 5.5" for my Verna SX ABS for Rs. 20,000 from the Hyundai dealer. But the stock 185/65R14 tires seem inadequate, so I'm now going for 15 x 6 Aura G31560 with 205/65R15 Bridgestone Turanza ER30's. Since the Hyundai website mentions 15 inch wheels as option, I reckon there will be no warranty problems. The Verna is seriously "under- tired", and if the tire profile is unchanged at 65, I think ride quality will not deteriorate.

205/65/15 will be a totally wrong upsize for the Verna, you will have suspension issues, lots of speedo error and the tires fouling on full lock. 205/50/15 would be a better upsize.

You are right. Today I consulted with the Hyundai dealer, and he informed me even 205/50 R15 is pretty noisy, he showed me one of such cars which came in for service. He advised me to go for 195/60 R14 tires on my existing wheels. Many thanks for correcting me, and sorry for getting myself caught on the wrong foot.

i am buying a verna xxi petrol. Am keen to put in angel eyes / projectors interior wood finish kit - for the inside door opening handles surrounds and chrome finish for the handles . I have also no clue where to find chrome finish outer door handles for the car and turning indicators integrated on the ORVMs . I checked with Auto fusion in kormanagla and they had no clue about these things.

Guuuyyss pls help me source this in Bangalore
