Mobil1 for swift vxi

Guys, wanted to know if i can use Mobil1 in my swift, earlier in my zen i have been using Mobil1 after its initial running-in i.e. 15000 kms +. I was very much satisfied and all the time i had the zen Mobil1 was it. The swift that i have has done 75k till date, changing the oil now can/may have other effects (am i right ?). Just wanted our senior bhpians advice on this.

No effect at all, rather engine will be lot smoother & peppier. You may also find a slight diff in FE also; on the better side..:-)

The oil change period shall too increase.

Mobile 1 comes with high amounts of detergents. This, when used for the first time in old engines, will result in oil getting lot of muck. if you are using Mobile1 after 75K kms then the first change of Mobile 1 should be within 5000 kms.
