K&N Air Filter (Apollo RC-5052 AB)

Guys i have installed in my Skoda RS,K&N Air Filter (Apollo RC-5052 AB).

Kindly advise whether this is right part no/ model no for the RS.

How much horsepower increase will i get? Any tips to ensure correct fitment and proper operation of filter are more than welcome.

Thanks

the apollo, i think is a universal air filter so it should be fine. make sure they get the pipe as close to the grill as possible with the fewest bends possible.

It is a universal filter so it will not make much of a difference. The point lies the way it is fixed. The wrong piping can have adverse effects

Kartik - can you tell me where you got your K&N in Baroda from? Am looking for one but have not found an option in Baroda :-(

Is the K&N Apollo enough for the Skoda RS?? Like Green Cotton has filters depending on the engine capacity, like a 1.5litre car has Wind and a 2litre has Storm or something ladat. Check that out first.

BTW have anyone else put a K&N in a Skoda?? Most people i know put Carbonio only.
